Helpdesk Technician (Remote)

  • Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, chat or web submits
  • Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
  • Responds to end-user problems based on standard procedures
  • Track incidents and calls, including but not limited to, entering data into the database timely and accurately
  • May be responsible for ensuring systems are configured properly
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Software/Hardware troubleshooting

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with a Ticketing System such as CA/ServiceNow
  • Active Directory knowledge
  • Microsoft Office / O365
  • Lotus Notes / Domino Administrator
  • Browser troubleshooting, specifically Chrome and Internet Explorer
  • SCCM
  • Mobility - Android/iPhone
  • Adobe
  • Cisco WebEx
  • Windows 7/10 Troubleshooting
  • MAC Troubleshooting
  • 0-1 year's relevant experience
  • Excellent in oral and written English communication
  • Requires excellent customer service skills
  • Solid foundation of Personal Computer experience
  • Troubleshooting capability for network/printers/VPN/etc.
  • Overall knowledge of desktop productivity products
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task in multiple tools/environments
  • Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment
  • Must consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria
  • Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
  • May require additional project-specific training
