Role Mission: Recruit Olympiad level Developers for trading&DeFi.

Details:


  • Story: Trading, DeFi and Operations teams need Olympiad level Developers to problem solve and deliver to shift frontiers instead of bargaining comfort for freelance, side jobs or masturbation and games.
  • Goal: Hire 4-7 Olympiad developers per month by targeting finalists in signalhire, tg groups, MPIT, ITMO, Indian Universities of Technology, contests partnerships and other channels.
  • How:
    • Test candidates on culture fit and technical ability.
    • Ensure proficiency on all recruitment processes and systems, automating and being productive.
  • Conditions: Hires should be crypto motivated, team players.

Main performance number: Offers signed.
Second performance number: Hired above average 360.
Third performance number: Screening Tests.

Functions:

  • Sell Jobs : Sell LATOKEN jobs and attract talent candidates from top companies.
  • Interview : Conducting interviews, including Cultural Fit screening.
  • Offer : Prepare and sell candidates an offer. Tie all features of the offer to the opportunities this job creates for the candidate and the benefits they can enjoy.
  • Scrum : Participate Stand-ups, Sprints with Demos, Grooming and Retro driven by Stories Who need What, Why.
  • Pipeline : Build a diverse pipeline of relevant candidates using creative sourcing channels.

Requirement skills and experience:

  • 2+ years in recruitment at a high pace international environment.
  • Experience of successful hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, etc (middle, senior level) at least in one of the sectors: blockchain, IT teams, capital markets, fintech.
  • Understanding the specifics of the fintech industry and market for targeted candidates.
  • Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency.
  • Ability to create unique and attractive EVP and communicate it effectively to the candidate.
  • Challenge for outstanding results from herself and others.
  • Potential to grow to HR Business Partner.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
  • Regional and Federal level competitions (“olympics”) finalists.
  • Hardworking self-starting attitude.
  • Prefer to go out of comfort to grow.
