Blue Rose is seeking an IBPS Application Developer to support our work with a federal client. This will be a Remote role in Washington, D.C. and is open to US Citizens, US Persons, and Dual Citizens only.
Successful candidates will be able to pass a background investigation, which will include a drug test, fingerprints, and work history details. Additional criteria must be met if you have traveled outside of the US for more than 180 days in the last 5 years. Non-US citizens must have resided in the US for five of the last 5 years to fulfill the Client residency requirement. You also must not have used any illegal drugs, as declared by the Federal Government, in the past 12 months
In this role, you will:
- Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
- Be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, and ensuring all modules satisfy end user requirements and business needs
- Collaborate with other technical team members to understand and develop new technical solutions
- Assist with project modernization efforts working on designing/writing APIs/Webservices and microservices
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
- 2+ years of experience with Angular
- 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Development Service
- 2+ years of experience with Java
- 1+ years of experience with Spring Boot
A successful candidate will also have:
- Bachelors degree
- A minimum of 5 years of overall experience
Clearance Requirement:
- Public Trust (Interim clearance required to start)
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
