What you will do
As a Single Sign On (SSO) Administrator, you will be joining the technical team responsible for the customer communication & implementation of Federated SSO customer setups which allow for streamlined authentication into a complex, multi-tenant SaaS platform for real-time patient feedback. The entire platform runs on Amazon Web Services and is being refactored to fully embrace the serverless architecture of AWS and Azure. The platform also leverages the latest big data technologies, such as HDFS/Spark/Vertica, for faster data processing, and a leading business intelligence platform, Tableau Software, for accelerated development of reporting & analytics.

What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field OR similar equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in information technology field working with identity and service provider technologies at the enterprise level
  • Current MCITP: Server Administrator or equivalent certifications preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2012 thru 2019
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Familiarity with ADFS, Azure SSO and Cognito
  • Working technical knowledge of current Authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID, SAML2.0 and WS-Fed.
  • Strong understanding and ability to be able to set up/troubleshoot role and claim based authorization systems.
  • NRC Health requires all U.S. associates to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless entitled to an accommodation.
