Onboarding Analyst

A critical element of our service is obtaining the consent from clients that directs their banks and fund managers (counterparties) to share data with PCR as an interested party. PCR has developed sophisticated digital technologies to facilitate this consent. Our team of onboarding analysts operate this technology platform, follow-up with clients and counterparties and ensure that these consents are obtained in a timely manner. As an Onboarding Analyst you will work as part of a global team collaborating with the worlds most important financial firms.

The Onboarding Analyst will manage the life cycle of facilitating counterparty transmission of client data to PCR. This includes discovery, planning and execution of new account onboarding using PCRs process and systems, monitoring of durations, and reporting to clients on status. You will collaborate with colleagues in our project management, operations and support teams to create a streamlined and positive client experience. The Onboarding Analyst will be responsible for all facets of the process including client launch meetings, client status updates as well as all related communications with external counterparties at Financial Institutions and Asset Managers.

Successful candidates will enjoy working in a data driven process, have strong communication skills and be comfortable with engaging with many new business contacts each day. Attention to detail, operating to deadlines and a passion for meeting client expectations is a must. A minimum of (1-3) years experience working with clients in wealth management or fund administration is required. A Bachelors degree is required.

What you will do

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies and service catalogue including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SQL as a Service and other Microsoft PaaS technologies.
  • Manage the monthly spend of multiple Azure subscriptions focusing on optimizing costs.
  • Provide governance of overall cloud footprint including the oversight of multiple cloud environments.
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly cost analysis to ensure cloud resources are appropriately provisioned.
  • Frequent collaboration with software development and technical operations personnel
  • Accountable for monitoring, auditing and reporting on service usage, escalating issues and providing reporting for leadership review
  • Tracking the financial performance of cloud initiatives
  • Define KPIs, measure progress, promote levers and drive improvements
  • Accountable for the decisions proposed and a thought leader in implementation
  • Ensure financial transparency to business units and drive cost optimization efforts for cloud utilization
What you bring

  • Drive the end-to-end client onboarding process including submission of new account requests and paperwork and managing follow-up workflows ensuring timely completion of account access.
  • Research and respond to account, process, and status related inquiries ensuring timely, accurate and detailed responses are provided
  • Provide ongoing updates to external stakeholders and colleagues regarding next steps and outstanding deliverables
  • Proactively identify complexities and bottlenecks in workflows and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to external advisor/client teams in accomplishing project objectives
  • Recognize opportunities for and provide operational training to stakeholders
  • Contribute to idea generation and strategic transformation initiatives impacting the broader organization
Preferred Skills

  • BA/BS degree
  • Effective organization, prioritization and time management capabilities.

  • Aptitude for building and maintaining client/stakeholder relationships.

  • Client facing or client service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity working in a team focused environment with high standards of professionalism.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and performing under pressure.
  • Background or interest in financial sector (preferably Wealth Management)
