  • Overall support of all IT Services
  • Establish best practices and policies for inventory, ordering, and asset management
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving IT infrastructure
  • Research, recommend, and implement IT-related upgrades of hardware/software/services or purchasing of other IT/agency infrastructure related items.
  • Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
  • Increase cross-team knowledge by developing and improving user friendly IT documentation.
  • SSO / Microsoft Azure Active Directory
  • Organizational IT internal controls, leading or creating ITGC (IT General Controls) Governance
  • Operational standards, policies, processes, and documentation
  • Administer enterprise applications including
  • Atlassian Suite (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence)
  • Adobe Products (Acrobat, InDesign Server, Creative Cloud)
  • ResourceSpace
  • Slack
  • Zoom, Zoom Room
  • SharePoint
  • Salesforce
  • KnowBe4
  • Manage external IT vendors, inclusive of:
  • Managed service provider
  • Outsourced application-specific support


  • Prior experience with:
  • Implementing SSO
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Managing enterprise level applications
  • Managing a help desk
  • Implementing internal IT controls
  • Researching and evaluating IT/applications solutions
  • Employee onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Managing IT vendors, inclusive of managed service providers
  • Conducting user-friendly trainings
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and user documentation
  • Atlassian/Jira administration and automations
  • Agile: scrum and/or Kanban
  • SOC 2 compliance standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with administering applications in our tech stack (such as Zoom, Adobe, Slack, Salesforce, etc)
  • Experience with Asset Management
  • Microsoft 365 Certification
  • Microsoft Security Fundamentals Certification
  • ACP-120 Jira Administration for Cloud certification
  • Familiarity with BPMN standards
