We are searching for a backend engineer to help us launch and scale our product. Our engineering team is still very small (devs can be counted on one hand), so you would have a major impact on our entire product. Our stack includes Flutter, Dart, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
While this is a backend role, full-stack developers are welcome to apply. We are seeking someone with a track record of building reliable and performant systems. A background in finance would be useful, but not required, for the role.
Location: NYC or Remote (US time zones)
Our top priorities for this position include:
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Familiarity with python, or willingness and ability to pick up new technologies / languages
- Strong communication skills and problem solving ability
- Background or interest in financial markets
