Senior level functional/technical consultant with about 5 + years of expertise in Service Now
Back end functional/technical role and the consultant should thoroughly understand the data and logical flows for Service now
The client already uses ServiceNow and requires an expert who can understand their setup and provide enhancements and improvements to the functionality
Ability to configure ServiceNow
Requirement gathering and design functional flow for catalog items
Monitoring of production Service Now instance and its stability
Developing and testing for new requirements in Service Now
Incident, Change management modules are used extensively
Plan for release and enhancements and bug fixes
Able to create a dashboard with metrics and create reports and schedule them for daily, weekly or monthly notifications
User and group administration in ServiceNow
Inbound Email Actions
Work on Adhoc requests and escalate them to Service Now support
Troubleshoot issues reported on Service Now
Communicate details between client and Service Now support team
Participate in all Service Now support team calls
Job Type: Contract
