About the Role

As an integral part of the product team, the Senior Product Manager will be working with a group of focused individuals intent on building a best in class experience for our customers. We are looking for a technical, highly-organized, expert communicator that can immerse themselves in a rapidly changing market & leverage evolving technology to scale quickly & strategically. We move fast, learn quickly, and win together!

Salary: $130,000-$140,000 annually and 10% annual target bonus

The impact you will have:

In your first 90 days you will:
  • Dive in with multiple product teams to understand the organization's landscape and how the technology services the business
  • Take ownership of a critical integration that will serve future strategic initiatives
  • Understand the current and future goals of a growing e-commerce platform, and identify key opportunities for customer conversion

Additional Responsibilities
  • Understand & communicate the product vision & help to define the product roadmap
  • Be a communication powerhouse; help translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Manage technical requirements, issues, & concerns between teams
  • Work closely with engineers, collaborating on technical documentation & implementation, keeping the business need at the forefront of implementation
  • Understand product goals, roadmap, & specifications, and communicate them across departments
  • Be the expert on project plans, scope, & timelines

What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years' of relevant project management experience, preferably at a tech, product-driven company
  • Degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills & the ability to be self-directed
  • Experience utilizing tools like Jira, Amazon Web Services, Google Workspace & Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with data pipelines, API integrations, & back-end systems
  • Ability to research & perform analysis of technical documentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & agile environment
