Project Manager- Business Analyst

Join our digital experience project management team and lead technical projects for our corporate website. As an experienced project manager with business analysis expertise, you will help us improve our customers' experience by partnering with stakeholders, designers, and developers. You will be part of a high-performing marketing team for a dynamic, fast-paced company where you will bring your strong technical and analytical skills to implement new solutions, solve problems, and improve existing processes.
  • Gather and assess business and user requirements from stakeholders and translate them into project requirements, process flows, key performance indicators, and success criteria
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details
  • Work with stakeholders to understand overarching goals and determine what’s technologically feasible and functionally reasonable as you build the business cases
  • Facilitate all necessary project meetings including kickoff, requirement gathering, and regular status
  • Serve as primary contact person and proactively communicate and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and colleagues to analyze information and evaluate potential solutions
  • Communicate status, potential project risks, and possible mitigations to the project sponsor and management
  • Guide diverse project teams to mitigate risks and propose backup plans for areas of high-risk
  • Form strong working relationships across the organization to launch projects on scope and schedule
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in business analysis and/or technical project management
  • Thorough knowledge of the principals and practices of project management and business analysis
  • Experience with using both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
  • Ability to perform with a level of autonomy that requires little direct supervision to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and to work within strict deadlines
  • Possess sufficient technical understanding to liaise between stakeholders and front and back-end developers
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
  • Strong business analyst skills, specifically with business and functional requirement development
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including communication, diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, and influence
  • Bachelor’s in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
