HR Generalist (Project Manager) - BA

*** FULLY REMOTE*** * Hybrid skillset- someone who has an HR Generalist experience or someone who has worked in HR * We want to do a quick attrition analysis- we have data we want to be able to cut the data however- Would like them to have the ability to bring in the story and build that presentation for the hiring manager * They will be handling small HR programs by themselves- example- our rewards program- quarterly reward program, stabilized and on a routine but there is a specific SLA - needs to be open on a specific date, validation of the data, follow through the process etc. * Could help with onboarding or talent review * When I have team meetings, I need someone who can help with agenda or put together a few slides- have a very formal and structured approach * Regular dashboard updates- we provide this to the CEO - if they see that we can * This partners closely with the recruiting team, they will need to help with ad hoc projects * Salesforce would be great - they won't be making salesforce backend correction, but they will be using the front end efforts.

Key Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business admin or a similar field or equivalent experience 8-10 years of project management disciplines, best practices
  • 8-10 years of hands-on HR experience managing HR related projects of increasing complexity
  • Proficient with MS Suite including Excel and power point with strong data analysis experience
  • Ability to analyze data and understand key metrics (demographics, attrition/ retention rates, talent pipelines, etc.) in order to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure the impact of key programs or to identify operational trends
  • Comfort and confidence working with all levels of management
  • Ability to manage and track multiple programs/projects at one time
  • Ability to identify road blocks and provide potential solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment
  • Ability to get things done through others, without a direct reporting relationship
  • Detail oriented, able to prioritize efficiently and multi-task
  • Motivated, organized self-starter, able to solve routine or complicated problems effectively and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, , analytical skills, project management and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
