Primary Responsibilities:
- HRIS
- Ensure accurate records for all Crew Members
- Audits for accuracy
- Report maintenance & writing
- Implementation of new HR systems
- Payroll processing
- Ensure hours are recorded correctly for weekly payroll
- Partnering with business units to ensure our Crew Members are paid accurately
- Perform weekly audits for compliance
- Customer Service
- Build strong relationships with all business units
- Train managers and Crew Members on processing
- Bachelor degree in related field, or:
- 3+ years equivalent work experience
- CPP certification a plus
- Knowledge of Payroll , HRIS processes and systems, including - SQL, Cognos report writer, UKG tools
