Marketing Systems Administrator - Remote

Vicinia Property Management's Marketing &Customer Experience department seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter to coordinate the transition, systems setup, onboarding and training of new multifamily properties under management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new properties on the company’s standard suite of marketing websites, software and systems, as well as working with the staff at newly acquired properties to train and troubleshoot marketing-related systems. This person will play a pivotal role in researching and summarizing new property information and using that to set up, administer, and train multiple marketing-related systems including: Real Page Contact Center Leasing, and Real Page Marketing Syndication, Real Page ILM, Real Page Online Leasing, and Real Page Active Building Portal. This person must be highly organized, have prior experience with project or schedule coordination, database or CRM management and administration, excellent computer literacy skills, and be able to organize, manage and share digital files using SharePoint and Dropbox. The successful candidate will also have a role in the administrative setup of new property websites and advertising, as well as in ongoing systems administration and support for marketing systems for established properties. The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and an excellent command of punctuation, spelling, and grammar of the English language as they will be responsible for creating customer-facing marketing content in the systems named previously. This person may work independently, as well as with a team of due diligence, transition, and training specialists across multiple departments in the company.

  • Experience required:
    • Project coordination & management
    • CRM/database management and administration
    • Experience with SharePoint, Dropbox, or other cloud-based file management platforms
    • Excellent command of the English language including punctuation, grammar, and spelling rules
    • Experience in the apartment industry
  • Experienced preferred:
    • Experience with software training and/or mentorship
    • Experience in content writing and/or advertising
    • Experience using the Real Page suite of products, including Real Page ILM, Real Page Contact Center Leasing and Real Page Marketing Syndication
    • Experience in content management of websites
    • Prior experience working in IT, helpdesk support or software troubleshooting/user support
    • Prior experience working in marketing or advertising
  • Skills:
    • Project coordination, calendar, and schedule management
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Software system setup and administration
    • File and digital asset management using cloud-based software (i.e. Dropbox, Sharepoint, etc)
    • Web-based community and property research
    • Content writing for marketing-based systems
    • Training and/or mentorship
