We have a perfect opportunity for Junior Level Document Specialist to join our amazing, talented team of employees.

As our Junior Level Document Specialist, your responsibilities will include; incorporating redlines, formatting and editing text, creating and maintaining documents, learning and understanding Military-Specs using different publication software.


In this role you will also need to be flexible to work closely with the production team, technical writers, illustrators and managers. You will be asked to follow processes and work instructions; produce quality accurate documents while working in a fast paced environment; and be flexible to multi task, and work independently.


If you have the following criteria, WE NEED YOU!

  • BA College Degree in English, Communications, Education or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient working knowledge with Arbortext XML, HTML, IETMs
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, FrameMaker
  • Knowledge of Mil Specifications a PLUS
  • Experience with strong written and communication skills
  • Experience with computer skills in file management
  • Experience with
  • Organized, dependable, have a positive attitude and a self-starter
  • Eager to except a challenge
  • Be able to troubleshoot and to think outside the box
  • Disciplined to work remotely
  • Must be able to work overtime
