In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will support the development and implementation of creative and measurable enterprise-wide strategic communications initiatives and marketing plans that encompass advertising, market research, events, conference and event strategy, content marketing and marketing automation. This role will work collaboratively with individuals and departments in support of marketing, business development, sales, client engagement, human resources, organizational development, training and education, information technology and operations.

Execute Marketing Campaign Strategy: Support the implementation of multi-channel Marketing strategies for a variety of measurable campaigns including brand awareness, promotional, solution focused and targeted sales efforts.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with other leaders on the Marketing Communication team to identify campaign topics and effective strategies, develop compelling messaging and deliverables, and execute campaign tactics. This role is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance in partnership with other Marketing Communications leaders.
Manage Performance Reporting: Monitor, assess and report on Marketing Communication tactics to determine project ROI, identify improvement areas, and provide visibility across the organization on overall Marketing Communication performance
Support Marketing Communications Team Infrastructure: Support best practice file management and project management across the Marketing and Communications team, proactively identify and implement strategies to streamline internal operations, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manage the corporate and solution stat database; manage and organize vendor contracts and invoicing
Manage and maintain promotional store: Coordinate with design team to establish and maintain key promotional items for internal and external use; serve as primary liaison to vendor partners in support of promo item production (inventory management, ordering, expense tracking, etc)
Support sponsorship strategy: Work in conjunction with Marketing Communication leaders to manage strategic external relationships like HFMA and Becker’s to create comprehensive sponsorship strategies that align with budget expectations including national and regional events; coordinate with Ensemble stakeholders and create project plans to fulfill sponsorship opportunities, monitor and report on overall performance
Manage tradeshow and external event logistics: plan and coordinate logistics with necessary vendors in support of in-person and virtual events
