We have an exciting opportunity based in Baltimore to support the CEO and leadership team! You will provide administrative and sales support to CEO as well assist in outbound sales activities to meet or exceed business objectives. You must fully engage and be energized by a dynamic and fast-paced position.

Responsibilities

  • Act as administrative assistant to the CEO or other designated management.
  • Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments or other sales correspondence.
  • Perform outbound sales outreach through email and LinkedIn to schedule meetings for CEO
  • Contact potential customers and leads to arrange appointments
  • Take part in customer calls, leadership meetings, process improvement, and more.
  • Take notes during customer and internal calls, summarize meeting notes and action items, and follow-up on action items with timeliness
  • This is a new role so you will have an opportunity to impact the business in a big way.
  • Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our CEO.

  • Copywriting skills: drafting email and sales communications, solid grammar, and impeccable spelling are a must
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel, Outlook, Work and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn, CRM Software (salesforce, or others)
  • Excellent knowledge of Google search and ability to find information from various publicly available online sources
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You understand the business and priorities of Senior Executives, anticipate issues, and seek solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
  • B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
