What you'll do?

• Builds, designs, and maintains all websites and software applications.
• Regulates exposure to business stakeholders and executive management as well as other authorities.
• Designs, writes, and edits website content.
• Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.

• Understanding of the foundations for a good UX/UI for site design

• Ability to create design within a landing page, including html code and other languages as needed

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
• Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
• Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.
• Plans and delivers software platforms and products across multiple organizational units.
• Designs assignments with web services like Shopify, Wix and Wordpress
• Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices.
• Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and participating in study groups.
• Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.

Important Note:

This is contracted job (project by project basis). After 6 months, we are looking to bring this person on full time employee.

Must Have:

• 1 to 3 years of proven UX designing experience.

• A strong portfolio of websites, social media graphics and professional pdfs

• Expert knowledge of related graphic design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).HTML, CSS, Javascript, Microsoft Suite, Google File management

• Expert proficiency with html and coding necessary for website and landing page creation

• Knowledge of wireframe tools

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Deadline oriented

• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,603.79 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• On call

Experience:

• Web design: 1 year (Preferred)
• CSS: 1 year (Preferred)
• HTML5: 1 year (Preferred)
