You will be asked to collect and analyze information through conversations, triage incidents, resolve what you can, and escalate other issues to different members of the Technology team in a timely manner. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming requests for technology support, system updates, and/or information.
  • Log and track incidents through all steps from identification to resolution in our incident management software.
  • Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem
  • Communicate with our resources involved in resolution to ensure incidents are resolved and communication with the end user is complete.
  • Update self-help systems and internal documentation.
  • Create a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships through active listening and responsible communication.
  • Computer imaging, installing operating systems, software installation and general configuration
  • Basic hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Managing user accounts in internal and external systems
  • For the able bodied, moderate physical activity installing and storing machines and office equipment
. Requirements:

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • A mix of certification and/or experience in technology.
  • Demonstrated analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers
  • Basic understanding of user and security group administration in Active Directory
  • A passion for helping others
  • Proficiency or ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software

Preferred Skills, Abilities & Education:

  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees in Information Technology fields.
  • Familiarity with McLeod Power Broker
  • Exposure to Active Directory
  • Ability to query data, familiarity of query languages like T-SQL
  • Experience in automation, scripting, or software design
