Job Description

Are you good with people, good with technology, and enjoy helping others solve problems? If so, we have the perfect job for you! We are a private software company located in Salt Lake City seeking a customer service & technical support person. As a Customer Success Manager you will partner with our business owners. team leaders and individuals. We are a small team and you will be a valuable member of the team providing input from customers and assisting in future product development. The ideal candidate will:

  • Able to maintain and build a book of existing business
  • Be a quick learner and have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
  • Possess the ability to work independently or with a team
  • Be self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Have above average computer skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency in internet-related applications such as email clients, web browsers and sync

Qualifications/Education and/or Experience

2-5 years or more of related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Associates Degree (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferably in Software)
  • Typing proficiency: 50-60+ wpm

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
