Software - Customer Success Manager (Remote)
Job Description

We are a private software company located in Salt Lake City seeking a customer service & technical support person. As a Customer Success Manager you will partner with our business owners. team leaders and individuals. We are a small team and you will be a valuable member of the team providing input from customers and assisting in future product development. The ideal candidate will:
- Able to maintain and build a book of existing business
- Be a quick learner and have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
- Possess the ability to work independently or with a team
- Be self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Have above average computer skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency in internet-related applications such as email clients, web browsers and sync
Qualifications/Education and/or Experience
2-5 years or more of related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associates Degree (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferably in Software)
- Typing proficiency: 50-60+ wpm
