Customer Service Representative

At itelbpo we are looking for Logistics Customer Service Representatives who will work from home. We are looking for people who are excited about customer service, bringing excellent customer service is their passion. In this position you will be speaking with transporters who haul cars, individuals who need to have a car moved via a transporter, and businesses that need to have cars moved. This is a full-time customer service position that is remote.

About the Customer Service Team

The team you will be working on is a dynamic, enthusiastic, and positive team. They work closely together with each other every day. As the team continues to grow, there is opportunity for growth. You will receive weekly feedback and individualized 1:1's with your supervisor for continued growth as a customer service representative. We welcome feedback and suggestions as everyone is a valued member of the customer service team.

What you'll be doing as a Logistics Customer Service Representative:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers who are shipping vehicles
  • Answer incoming calls from transporters who claim an order to be shipped
  • Assist with finding orders for a transporter to claim and move
  • Assist with new transporter sign up so they can claim orders to move vehicles
  • Make outbound calls to transporters along routes to claim an order
  • Make outbound calls to shippers to update regarding their vehicle's shipping status
  • Answer online chats via internal chat system from customers
  • Create HelpDesk tickets for application issues not resolved by troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting of the app or website with a customer

FUNdamental Skills:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Bilingual - Not a must
  • Spanish
  • Russian
  • Canadian French
  • Logistics or transportation experience - not a must
  • Computer proficiency, running multiple applications at one time
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers
  • Ability to self-manage in a fast paced environment

Pay Details

  • $12.00 per hour - hourly rate increases while you grow as a customer service representative
  • Hourly performance based bonus of $2.00

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
