Be part of vastly dynamic organization and growing team that leads the market in driving performance for Revenue & Sales Operations within Health Systems North America. In this role, the Sr. Manager, Strategic Revenue Execution will lead for revenue operations and execution for the Sleep & Respiratory Care business. Responsibilities include supporting long-term planning with a demand planning counterpart; while leading, and developing short-term / long-term forecasting, and driving execution activities.

As a Senior Manager, you will be the critical point for ongoing forecasting processes and execution. To be successful, this position requires strong matrix level leadership, understanding of the SRC business and market, a collaborative teaming to win mindset, and a continuous improvement approach to support delivering a strong customer first experience.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Managing long term planning in partnership with a demand planning

  • Leading and developing short-and-long-term forecasting and drive execution

  • Partnering with finance on submissions and reporting timelines

  • Teaming up with supply chain on short-term planning and execution for revenue recognition

  • Assessing and translating business data to highlight performance, opportunities, and risks

  • Collaborating with other key functions to drive optimization around forecasting

  • Conducting analysis to support forecasting levels; works to resolve forecasting questions and issues

  • Collaborating with others and builds strategic alliances; negotiates to build broad-based support and/or persuades others to influence important outcomes.

  • Maintaining KPI’s that measure success of objectives and drive continuous improvement

  • Supporting departmental need for reporting, business reviews, and management presentations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelors, required / MBA, highly preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in forecasting management, process, and execution, and/or supply chain management

  • Background in Finance, bonus – not required

  • Deep Understanding of forecast planning, supply chain concepts and their financial impact

  • Experienced in conducting critical path analysis for impact on targets

  • Track record leveraging continuous process improvement (i.e.. lean strategies) to resolve complex issues

  • Self-starter with ability to work in a matrix environment; engage and influence key stakeholders

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring a high level of collaboration

  • Knowledge of databases and software skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel with pivots and v-lookups), Power BI (or Tableau), and SAP

  • Flexible work style, adaptable to internal and external customer requirements supported by a creative mind and the ability to think out of the box

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively at all department and organizational levels
