HouseCanary is looking for a digital Real Estate Concierge to assist customers in all aspects of a real estate transaction and home ownership. This individual will be focused on professionalism, customer service, and achieving goals. If you have a passion for helping others and are infatuated with real estate, this position is for you.
What you will do:
- Receive and handle customer requests and needs concerning the real estate buying, lending, insuring, and selling process
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Handle inbound communication in a timely manner via phone, text, chat, and email
- Complete tasks (call, email, text, chat) assigned in the appropriate time and appropriate volume
- Direct customers to the appropriate referral service
- Follow up with customers to ensure referral completion while maintaining a world class level of customer service
- Manage quotas and multiple tasks at the same time
What you will have:
- 2+ years in Real Estate Inside Sales Understanding of RESPA and Real Estate Referral best practices
- A track record of growth and improvement
- A can-do, no failure attitude
- CRM and call center software experience Real Estate License(s) not needed but a plus
