Job Duties
  • Coordinate with PM to establish priorities and resolve resource and priority conflicts
  • Provide inputs for project plans, schedules, reports, briefs, demos, and presentations
  • Participate in calls, meetings, and technical reviews and provide technical support
  • Analyze collected metrics data
  • Assimilate metrics data into information
  • Summarize and explain metrics data implications
  • Identify gaps in availability of metrics data needed to meet project info requirements
  • Create and maintain metrics data from data sources based on project info requirements
  • Provide inputs to or critical feedback for security artifacts.
  • Collaborate with technical support for other organizations to resolve software issues
  • Provide critical feedback for design and implementation diagrams submitted for review
  • Formulate graphic and written representations of historic and predictive data
  • Summarize historic or trending information for PM consumption
  • Create reports, graphs, or presentations to present project history or trend information
  • Create requirements for submission to metrics data owners to resolve information gaps
  • Monitor and report progress toward meeting milestone and deliverable dates
  • Collect and communicate cost, schedule, and/or performance risk / mitigations
  • Create and brief project status reports for PM consumption
  • Schedule, facilitate, and prepare materials for meetings related to projects
  • Ensure minutes of meetings and technical reviews are documented and distributed
  • Facilitate contingency operations (COOP) site stand up and test events
  • Register or request registration of software on the Government approved-for-use list
  • Decommission unused software according to Government procedure
  • Report used and unused license information to Government contact
  • Ensure software in use or software to be used is approved-for-use by the Government
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements in the acquisition, utilization, installation, configuration, modification, administration, evaluation, and decommission of software
  • Report Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) compliance status for all support personnel
  • Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Related field or one of the following certifications CompTIA Security+ Certification or GSEC or SSCP or CISM or CISSP or GSLC
  • 5+ years of experience relevant experience in the job duties
  • Data analysis experience for technical system performance reporting, service quality reporting, service consumption reporting, or some combination of each
  • Experience with solicitation and refinement of information reporting requirements, communication of data gaps and gap impacts, communication of data needs, collaboration with data owners for access to data sources, market research analysis, performance data analysis, information assimilation, technical writing, and formal and informal presentation of information based on data analysis performed
  • CompTIA A+ or higher-level CompTIA certifications (e.g. Security+ Certification or GSEC or SSCP or CISM or CISSP or GSLC)
  • Ability to pass a Tier 3 background investigation (i.e. SF-86 / NACLC)
  • Must be US Citizen
  • Proof of COVID 19 vaccination will be required at the time of offer
Nice to Have
  • NAVY PEO-EIS or PMW-240 Program Management experience
  • Experience Managing Learning Management System (LMS) sustainment efforts
