Senior Technical Software Support Analyst

As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality technical software support to clients using Deltek products Vision/Vantagepoint. Support Analysts work remotely in a team environment and provide support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet.

Work activity involves assessing the nature of customer problems and resolving technical support issues. As a senior analyst you will be handling escalations, resolving complex system issues and help develop knowledge base articles and best practices for the support team and clients. You will also be working closely with our Technical Support Team Lead to help automate, script solutions for, and maintain our internal testing environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline or a technical diploma/certification in computer programming or database administration highly preferred
  • Must have had coursework and/or experience in Enterprise solutions line of software or computer
  • 2+ years technical customer service or software support experience preferred
  • Programming or database administration with the knowledge of the following:
    • Microsoft Windows Server 2019
    • Active Directory
    • Microsoft SQL 2017
  • Experience supporting a web-enabled software application preferred with knowledge of the following:
    • Microsoft .NET
    • Microsoft IIS
    • Microsoft SharePoint
    • LAN/WAN Performance and Connectivity Troubleshooting
    • Web Server Deployment
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Refined problem solving skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
