Successful Candidate will:

  • Design and coordinate DoD communications products.
  • Draft/Edit responses to Congressional inquiries and audits
  • Support internal staff meetings.
  • Develop leadership briefings (PowerPoint).
  • Create newsletter content, award nominations, and additional marketing materials.
  • Maintain policies and procedures.
  • Draft and edit messaging for senior DoD staff, internal staff, and stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in area of specialty
  • Self-starter with strong writing and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to meet client needs as they arise.

  • Knowledge of current communication practices and education theories required.

User Interface Designer/Developer

Our projects cover a broad spectrum, from custom Web and application development to digital services and communication support, for a wide range of customers.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a user experience professional that is dedicated to developing eLearning materials that merge business goals with user needs! Collaborating with the Instructional Designers and the client, the User Interface Designer/Developer will analyze storyboards and requirements and will design and develop innovative and usable interfaces for integration into SCORM-compliant Learning Management Systems (LMS). Working throughout the lifecycle, the User Interface Designer/Developer will have a hands-on role to ensure the successful development of a usable, effective solution that meets the business goals.

A successful User Interface Designer/Developer at Keymind:

  • Is able to proactively communicate and collaborate with management, Instructional Designers, and a team of front-end developers to understand the approach and identify/resolve conflict between usability and performance needs.
  • Confidently translates requirements, storyboards, and/or abstract conceptual ideas into inventive visual user interfaces.
  • Innately and passionately understands user-centered design and usability best-practices.
  • Actively researches latest trends, methods and tools used in the industry, and is aware of best practices
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of various Web technologies, both front-end and back-end, SCORM 2004, and Section 508 guidelines to ensure solutions are technically feasible and accessible. Understands how interfaces integrate with dynamic, Web-based applications across different browsers and devices
  • Expertly utilizes HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator to create deliverables. Adeptly develops HTML or XHTML templates, CSS files and necessary image assets that meet Section 508 and SCORM 2004 guidelines. HTML and CSS code quality is exceptional, semantically correct and easily scalable.
  • Methodically capable of developing learning simulations and branched learning scenarios
  • Is detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Has the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team environment, but is just as comfortable working independently.

Position requirements include:

  • A minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience and/or familiarity with agile development is a plus.
  • Experience with Javascript or other programming languages to create custom scripts is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate is preferred.

We are seeking a Solutions Architect that will lead IT modernization activities and actively participate in IT solution strategies for the organization. Candidate will lead the establishment and execution of an organization-wide IT strategy and implementation roadmap and execute this strategy to introduce relevant new technology capabilities that support AXIOM services internally and externally.   • Maintain awareness and expertise of the latest data processing and management, cloud and infrastructure, orchestration, integration, and visualization technologies in order to proactively support the adoption of truly beneficial new capabilities.
  • Cultivate relationships with executive leadership team, AXIOM subject matter experts, and strategic partners to ensure digital transformation and modernization efforts are coordinated to meet specific missions, both internally and client-facing.
  • Work with Executive Leadership team to establish an on-going communication process to share updates with senior leadership on technology and web performance, and value delivered to the organization.
  • Lead strategy for establishing various technology partnerships and evaluating potential technology partners.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in client-facing opportunities.
  • 10+ years of professional experience with a successful track record of leading technology solutions.
  • Strong experience with design, development, and deployment of multiple complex or large-scale operational analytics capabilities.
  • Proven technical leadership and exposure across a broad scale of IT experience in tools, technologies, and architecture models with ability to drive strategy.
  • Ability to “roll-up the sleeves” and switch participate in execution and delivery of IT solutions when needed.
  • Experienced at preparing and presenting updates to Senior Leadership and forecasts for future projects.

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support ongoing Integrative Medicine efforts to support the Military Healthcare System in Bethesda, MD at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS).

Successful Candidate will:

  • Provide clinical research support to include recruitment, randomization, data collection, tracking, interview, and follow-up necessary to conduct research studies.

  • Meet with and brief research subjects to obtain written informed consent to participate in projects.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Clinical Research and 2 years healthcare related field experience or experience in human subject research projects, development, test, and evaluation (within the last five years).
  • Must have current Human Subject Research Protection training Office of the Under Secretary of Defense “Personnel and Readiness” within 15 days of hire.
  • Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 15 days of hire.
  • Superb organization skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Refined interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working within the Military Healthcare System preferred.
