Associate, UX Researcher
- Assist in the identification, planning, and execution of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand our users and their needs, identify experience improvements, and discover new opportunities.
- Help synthesize research results, prepare clear and impactful presentations, and deliver them to the team and broader organization.
- Create personas, scenarios, storyboards, conceptual models, journey and experience maps, service blueprints, and/or other artifacts to help drive design vision and strategy.
- Work closely with the UX Research Manager and cross-functional partners (including, but not limited to, CDX Research, product management, the UX team, the business, and the engineering team) to identify knowledge gaps in our understanding of the experience and contribute to solving for those gaps.
- Contribute to digital product creation at multiple phases in the process and work with technology teams on implementation and post-implementation testing.

- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 5-10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
- Associates Degree in Marketing, Customer Research, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or field related to the essential duties of the job OR High School Degree +2 years of experience in customer experience, marketing, consumer research, or field related to the essential duties of the job.
- 2+ years of experience researching UX as either a student, designer, or researcher.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative UX research methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and communicate with a cross-functional team that includes designers, product managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and break down complex business operation functions, customer journeys, user needs, and workflows.
- Experience with research utilizing various methods including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
- Strong understanding of Design Tools such as (Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health.
- Experience with both B2C and B2B products and/or services.
- Proficiency in communicating user research findings with cross functional partners to drive impact.
