A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…
  • Provide Vision - continuously look for the ability to imagine a better world for our customers and think innovatively about how to solve challenges they face leveraging technology.
  • Drive Roadmap - develop & maintain a product roadmap for B2B and B2C channels that is future-proofed and maintains a competitive edge. Deliver technology solutions that provide measurable business lift.

Responsibilities:
DETAILED JOB DUTIES

  • Owns end-to-end responsibility for internally managed B2B and B2C digital technology solutions including definition and development of product vision, strategy, roadmap, engineering, delivery, and performance in production across the current portfolio as well as market and product extensions, deciding what to design, build, buy and exit.
  • Guides the strategy, experience design and development of digital tools, commerce, media, websites, mobile applications, and related services. Builds and manages agile development team(s) for the B2C and B2B websites and mobile applications.
  • Creates and maintains a development and innovation roadmap for LoanCare aligned with the business strategy and project priorities. Partners with the CIO to evolve the multi-year technology & product vision.
  • Builds and leads product, engineering, and delivery teams. Mentors and invests in team growth and development.
  • Selects, implements, and matures development methodologies consistent with the business need. Implement optimized engineering SDLC designed to promote rapid innovation and high velocity while maintaining service reliability in production.
  • Institutes best-in-class processes for monitoring and measuring the success of launched products and taking new products to market. Rapidly incorporates key learnings while tracking the competitive marketplace to keep the platform at the forefront of financial and operational optimization offerings for the industry and Loancare.
  • Improves NPS, usage and adoption through systematized feedback loops and increased emphasis on product stickiness.
  • Achieves organizational alignment through cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, Client Relations, support and service solutions and a variety of external stakeholders to rapidly iterate on the current product, driving continuous improvement in client satisfaction and customer success.
  • Works with business development and marketing to produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
  • Compiles and tracks budgets for the teams and projects, including, but not limited to, development and innovation.
  • Recruits, retains, and develops world class design and development talent.
  • Demonstrates deep and broad product knowledge
  • Responsible for requesting, creating/preparing, updating/revising, reviewing, testing, finalizing/approving, conduct training and maintain the departments policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in a technical field of study such as computer science or engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of technology management experience including leadership of engineering teams responsible for full lifecycle software engineering.
  • Proven success in building and developing enterprise software technology solutions, in both tactical and strategic capacities.
  • Has served as a product leader in a high growth and acquisitive organization, owning the product strategy, including build, buy, partner, exit decisions.
  • Strong track record of building high performance teams and implementing modern tools and process for high velocity software delivery.
  • Strong ability to engage with key clients and peer executives within the business to gather strategic input and feedback and to drive solution direction.
  • Ability to be thought leader in Fintech industry.
    Clear and concise communicator who can excite and motivate teams internally and drive alignment, trust, influence and buy-in with external stakeholders across a large and diverse client base.
  • Highly accountable, efficient, and results-oriented; takes ownership and drives a sense of urgency without losing sight of the long-term vision.
  • Experience with B2C, B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with a strong foundation in networking, system, and distributed systems technologies.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary.
