As a .Net Developer with CVS, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying full-stack solutions in support of CVS's rapidly growing Contract Pharmacy business. You will report directly to the Senior Manager and work closely with BA's, Clients and Operations to design and develop solutions that will scale our products, streamline our processes, and empower end users. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a team of developers, testers, and analysts to deliver regular product increments
  • Writing and optimizing database queries
  • Developing our client facing web portals in C#, Angular and SQL Server
  • Developing our back office applications in MS WPF

To be successful you must be diligent, smart and creative, following our SDLC closely while remaining flexible and contributing openly to design and architecture decisions. This role is key position on an exciting team. You will also need to be a strong team player and assume a lead role in developing the next generation of tools for our end-users.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience with C#
  • 5+ years' experience web development including JavaScript, CSS and HTML
  • 5+ years' experience with MS SQL Server

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Object Oriented principles and design patterns
  • Professional experience applying secure coding principles such as OWASP
  • Experience with secure static code analysis tools such as Veracode
  • Development experience with MS WPF
  • Front end JavaScript frameworks experience such as Angular, React or Vue
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus or similar CI/CD tools
  • Relational database design, development and query optimization experience
  • Experience with any or all of the following: SVN, Git, MS Teams, Selenium
  • Healthcare/Pharmacy experience strongly preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
