Qualifications Summary:

Powerhouse researcher, strategist and story-teller who has a special affinity for creative technology, especially web-based, but ideally including immersive, product design and emerging technologies
Creative and strategy frontliner with a desire to advance digital experiences as an impactful medium for storytelling, behavior change, novel social and immersive experiences
Team player working closely with CDs, UX and UI designers, frontend and backend developers, project managers, and product marketing managers throughout all stages of a project lifecycle
Creative leader who thrives on problem solving and inventing innovative strategic solutions
High-capacity executor who handles multiple large projects including high-profile platforms, experiences and products used by millions of people on a daily basis.
Understand and keep a finger on the pulse of business, design and technology
Digest and distill information into simple, compelling actionable insights
Leave no stone unturned in pursuit of the right angle to tackle a challenge effectively
Help create big, conceptual ideas and nurture them across a variety of experience design projects, product innovations and communication channels
Be part of the pitch process for new projects and work with the business development, creative and technology teams to ensure the briefs we challenge ourselves are rich and fertile and will meet and exceed the expectations of our clients

Responsibilities:

Research, gather, collect and analyze data to derive strategic and actionable insights that can inform proposals and guide project work towards successful outcomes
Lead copywriting and creative content efforts on projects, taking a strategic perspective to convert new business, steer discovery work and collaborate with all stakeholders to see workstreams through to successful completion
Execute market research and analysis to effectively write insight-driven copy for proposals and projects
Present research, insights, and creative strategy work to clients during reviews, attending meetings as a key representative of the creative/strategy team
Bridge the gap between strategy, creative concepting, and execution throughout the entire project lifecycle - from defining scopes of work, to leading creative strategy on projects and pitching new project opportunities
Lead innovation workshops and stakeholder working sessions, both internally and with external clients and/or partners
Participate as a leader in creative brainstorms with clients and Left Field Labs teams to generate quality creative ideas
Lead communications with clients on issues related to creative and strategy when needed

Work with CD/ACD to support project strategy for assigned projects, including RFP responses and pitches.
Produce high quality client pitch decks that lead successful results and new business wins

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 -7 years experience in creative advertising and strategy, on a professional level
  • An excellent resume/portfolio with real world results.
  • A leader in strategic & critical thinking with the ability to act effectively with minimal direction.
  • Proven track record of delivering results on time and on budget.
  • Solid understanding of interactive design and usability.
  • Proven ability to deliver ideas for digital experiences spanning Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop form factors.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
