Poly is seeking an experienced Sr AEM Front End Developers to join the Marketing Enablement team to maintain and enhance the website and related properties. As a senior technologist for marketing systems, reporting into the Director, Marketing Enablement Platforms, this role is responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development and implementation of enterprise content, marketing automation, and DAM solutions.

Your day to day

  • Develop user experiences and provide ongoing support for our global website and its sister sites.
  • Participate as a member of cross functional teams on a diverse set of projects through the entire development lifecycle.
  • Engage with the design team to translate an idea to the web for consumption by a variety of consumers.

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ hands-on development experience using Adobe Experience Manager in design and development for content driven sites.
  • 2+ years’ experience AEM Assets, Adobe Dynamic Media, Analytics, and Target
  • Experience with Adobe’s broader Marketing Solutions is a bonus (e.g. Marketo, Workfront, etc.)
  • Ability to create AEM templates and components.
  • Strong with current HTML/CSS standards
  • Strong with JavaScript
  • Capable with web analytics and best practice tracking needs
  • Fluent with Git
  • Optimizing pages and media for a wide variety of web clients
  • Familiar with Foundation and/or Bootstrap and responsive design frameworks
  • Experience with AngularJS, ReactJS or other JavaScript frameworks
  • Capable with Java, JSON, and XML toolsets
  • Understand how to developer interfaces for Accessibility
  • Ability to ramp up/down on projects to move at the speed of business.
  • An eye for detail, fluency in web experiences, technically literate
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives on delivering value to the business and exceeding customer expectations
