What we look for in this role

In this role, you will...

Build and deliver end-to-end solutions to internal stakeholders for configuration, operations, and support: You are able to develop and refine robust applications that help simplify and manage complex data and rules for our business users, and to help bring the Transcarent app to life for Fortune 500 companies. The applications you maintain are critical to the growth and scalability of our company.

Work with both technical and non-technical teams: Your customers are both engineering and operations, and you will need to help bridge the gap to ensure that our rapidly expanding set of capabilities can be configured and supported reliably and easily. You excel at collaborative troubleshooting and debugging, and can problem solve under pressure

Communicate and collaborate as a member of a high performance team: You are able to give critical feedback to your peers to ensure the team is thriving in a fast paced environment. You recognize you have a lot to teach and learn as the codebase grows with the product. You embrace that your success is the success of the team

About You

• You are entrepreneurial and mission-driven who can present your ideas with clarity and confidence
• 5+ years of experience building products used by real customers
• Ability to stand up RESTful endpoints quickly
• Solid knowledge of React and Typescript and surrounding ecosystems
• In-depth knowledge of relational database design
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production systems containing sensitive data
• Experience with security coding guidelines and HIPAA compliance

Location

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
