Welcome to Foresight Mental Health! We are a mental healthcare startup working to reinvent the mental healthcare space through the use of technology and data. We offer comprehensive services through our clinical team, which consists of therapists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, neuropsychologists, and nutritionists. We function as a network of in-person outpatient services fused with remote telehealth offerings. We credential all of our providers with insurance panels in order to increase access and affordability to Foresight services.

We are passionate about making mental healthcare data-driven, personalized, and technologically advanced. By leveraging our current technology stack (including genetic tests, clinical decision support software and analytics framework, wearables, and electronic patient outcome monitoring) combined with breakthrough treatments (like transcranial magnetic stimulation and Spravato), we can deliver highly personalized, data-backed treatment plans to each of our members.

Foresight has expanded from 5 to over 70 locations in the past 12 months alone and is continuing to scale rapidly to meet the accelerating demand for the world’s best mental healthcare.

This role is 1st level support for end users in a fully remote office setting. Responsible for installing, testing, monitoring, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of computer hardware & software systems. Responsible for account creation and maintenance. Assists staff by investigating issues related to hardware, software and network connectivity. Relies on knowledge and experience to complete tasks. Works under general supervision for task prioritization and goal setting, but is responsible for managing and keeping track of day to day tasks and other projects. Responsible for following all security & compliance requirements as well as maintaining inventory of deployed and available systems. Works with users and IT teams to prioritize support requests, to quickly resolve the most critical issues.


    • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently as needed, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with employees of all levels, including managers and executives.
    • Available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
    • Technically proficient in operating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & MacOS .
    • Virus and malware prevention, removal, and mitigation.
    • Understanding of PC hardware maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Ability to perform basic user support remotely over video or phone.
    • Proficiency in SAAS products, Helpdesk software, Okta, Ringcentral, Google Workspace, etc.
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Experience and Requirements:

    • iOS: 2 years (Preferred)
    • Windows: 2 years (Preferred)
    • SAAS Products (Preferred)
    • Associates or Bachelor's (Preferred)

    • This role is a day shift with possibility of after hours and weekend rotation
