- Senior technologist, with experience in Java-based applications and AWS
- Understand systematic approaches to modernizing legacy Java/JSP/JSTL systems (product, code, context, quality, infrastructure, data, runtime, SDLC, documentation and CI/CD)
- Own the modernized solution technical backlog and assign tasks among team members (West Coast US, later Central Europe)
- Clarification of tasks and discussions with UMG architect and technical BA
- Regular reporting and meeting attendance in West Coast
- Support developers with development, support and improvement of workflow related to modern cloud-based API-centric applications (microservices, event-driven, containerized)
- Collaborate with UMG DevOps teams for dev platform aspects for compliance and best support for flow
- Ability to handle new initiatives in parallel, assuming the first has stabilized
- Experience with Kubernetes
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $85,853.55 - $162,592.43 per year
