We’re looking for a passionate engineer who has an interest in Salesforce development with an engineering mindset who can help configure, build, and develop Salesforce solutions and other integrated systems. You’ll partner directly with technology teams and business partners to understand their needs and provide solutions. This team works in an agile environment with high collaboration and mobbing/pair programming.
- Collaborate, with purpose. Working closely with your team and our business to determine how to make our software even better.
- Solve interesting and complex problems to create positive experiences for our financial professionals.
- Build things people love. Our goal is to enhance our financial professional experience and keep them at the center of our work.
- Experiment with new tools and practices to deliver business value in an Agile organization.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering, or math-related field) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Prior experience working in the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning)
- JavaScript/Java
- Python
- CI/CD
