Recro is looking for a motivated Technical Consultant with SecOps experience to provide professional services to current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Application UI and Workflow Configuration

• Configuration of store-based and custom integrations into Security Operations

• Development of required client specific reporting

• Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST, SOAP, etc)

• Be a key member of the overall implementation project team

• Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related

• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

  
  

Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response (Preferred)

• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and of working in a SaaS environment.

• Experience in ServiceNow development activities, preference on SecOps product line

• Experience implementing custom and/or store integrations with the SecOps product line

• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
