Bravium Consulting recently completed a technical assessment of a client’s ServiceNow implementation. The assessment included evaluating existing code against Best Practice Engine coding/scripting best practices. Based on the initial findings from the assessment, we are looking to hire a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to help lead the effort of stabilizing the client’s current implementation of ServiceNow and creating a new separate instance and which will be expanded enterprise-wide. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolve complex bugs/defects
  • Resolve security issues in the ServiceNow environment
  • Resolve high-impact findings affecting current ServiceNow performance
  • Resolve high-impact findings affecting usability of the existing ServiceNow environment
  • Lead all ServiceNow code reviews
  • Perform all ServiceNow code promotions
  • Work with functional leads to:
    • Create a release management process within ServiceNow and formalize necessary roles and processes to track development and testing of enhancements and defects
    • Document current incident management processes to compare with best practices and create global incident management requirements
  • Develop new instance to rebuild client’s current modules utilizing global standards once existing instance is stabilized


  • 6+ years experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool.
  • 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications
  • 4+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
  • Experience with Customer Service Management
  • Ability to create detailed documentation.

  • ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
