Indeed is seeking a Team Lead Strategist in New York City to join its growing Advanced Analytics & Automation team within Sales. The Senior Strategist partners closely with stakeholders across various functions within the business to help lead and execute strategic initiatives that boost revenue, drive operational scale and improve efficiency for continuous growth.   • Help the team prioritize incoming asks and be a subject matter expert for technical issues
  • Understand Indeed’s internal teams and the best way to leverage their expertise
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members and provide feedback on how they are pacing to OKR’s and expectations
  • Mentor and coach team members in both technical and career development areas
  • Design larger scaled ETL’s to support broader initiatives or tools
  • Quantify the impact of various initiatives, the value to the business, and help team members prioritize accordingly
  • Understand the use case and impact of automation within an organization
  • Bring together multiple ideas from various parts of the organization and products to solve a common problem.
  • Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
  • Partner with Training, Marketing, Engineering, Products, and numerous other teams to quantify impact and prioritize future tools

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience with programming languages, especially for data manipulation (Python, Pandas, R, JavaScript, SQL, etc)
  • 2+ years experience designing WebApps (JavaScript, Django, React, ect)
  • Experience with managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management) or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Consulting
  • Tech-savvy with interest in product and strong analytical problem solving skills (must have a love for problem solving / finding solutions to complex issues)
  • Experience with an online CRM/SalesForce preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Client service mentality, adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
  • Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, long term incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 97,000 - 135,000 USD per year
