Frontdesk is hiring a Lead Software Developer to help us build the next iteration of our SaaS product. The Software Developer role is a full-time salaried position, $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. We are seeking a candidate with the drive to tackle any project, the ability to be creative in solutions, the desire to build the best product, and most importantly a willingness to learn with a positive attitude.

  • Lead the development team in building, testing, and maintaining Frontdesk software applications.
  • Work closely with the CTO to plan product development and timelines.
  • Lead agile development lifecycles and daily scrum meetings.
  • Mentor direct reports through code review, implementing software best practices.
  • Provide a can-do attitude, prepared to design solutions for new problems.
  • Architect database and project structures.
  • Iteratively collaborate with other department leads to explore user requirements and stories.

  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience in Python, C#, Javascript, or any other object oriented programming language.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new programming languages and/or technologies.
  • Experience with modern Javascript frameworks (ex. React, Angular, Vue) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of software design best practices.
