Senior JavaScript/PHP Developer - 100% Remote

dbITpro is looking for someone to support a development effort that requires a strong understanding and experience in the design, development, testing and documentation of web application code using Angular, React, MySQL, Web Services, JavaScript and PHP. The developer should have a strong working knowledge of AWS products such as EC2, Lambda, Cloudwatch, S3, API Gateway, IAM and EDS. They should be able to design, develop, and communicate software development practices. This individual must be able to create logical and functional software code. This individual should have strong experience reacting to problems and correcting programming code as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and practices, client and server application development, and enterprise service bus technology.
  • At least 6 years of JavaScript
  • Knowledge and experience in using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs)
  • Experience in developing applications with multi-tier architectures.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs
  • A team-oriented individual that works collaboratively to achieve team goals
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Performance/Load testing (optional)
  • 508 experience (optional)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required. 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
  • Experience working in remote environment, telecommute
  • US Citizen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
