Now, we’re looking for a Data Support Specialist (fully remote) to help us on our mission through ensuring new clients are accurately added to our app. Then they will upload client data to their respective accounts, taking nuance into consideration and making decisions about how to format or alter items without losing the accuracy or essence of what the client wants to see. A key part of this role is assisting in the optimization and automation of existing manual processes. The Data Support Specialist is an integral member of the organization and helps all team members as required to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.

This position will fill a role at The Pinnalce App, one of the many companies within Winter International LLC. And, while you’ll be working for The Pinnalce App, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect with the rest of our Winter International LLC team. The Pinnalce App is a software solution that provides Pinnacle Guides and their clients the tools to elevate and monitor their Pinnacle Journey.

About the role

  • Create a new client's Pinnacle App account and initiate onboarding
  • Upload new client data or migrate data from an existing software platform
  • Add/Edit/Update data in existing clients Pinnacle App account
  • Contact clients to obtain clarification on data submitted, may be via email, phone, or video call
  • Help maintain and update the CRM, Knowledge Base, and other tools
  • Assist Relationship and Support teams as needed
  • Recognize and suggest improvements, optimizations and possible automations to tools and processes
  • Assist team with any manual task that is not yet automated, then assist with automating that process
  • Provide redundancy to the team by ensuring a timely response to new tickets
  • Have extreme ownership and a passion to exceed expectations
. Requirements:

What we look for

  • Experience with creating, inputting, and editing data in spreadsheets, documents and proprietary software
  • Experience with and having an understanding of owning a project and seeing it through to completion
  • Technologically oriented. Highly knowledgeable with software, systems and tools, with a desire to constantly improve
  • Understands how to use macros, scripts, and automation tools such as Zapier
  • Must be an Expert in using complex web based software
  • Ability to demonstrate experience with spreadsheets and formulas
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and other data tools
  • Must be an Expert with SAAS and Google Suite
  • Proven experience with problem solving in a business environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Experience in communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Driven to succeed and grow, always willing to find a way to win
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Experienced and comfortable with making important decisions
