- Basic knowledge of the Go (Golang) programming language, and specifically concurrency in Go.
- Basic HTTP(s) debugging knowledge with common tools such as Charles, DevTools, etc.
- Experience with React.
- The ability to solve difficult problems and stay motivated and enthusiastic.
- The ability to develop sustainable solutions for constantly evolving challenges and or roadblocks.

These are the basic requirements, however if you do not meet all of them that is ok too. We can see value in an applicant in many different forms, if you have something else to bring to the table that is outside the realm of the basic requirements and in place of one of them do not be dissuaded from reaching out and or applying.
As to work ethic, scheduling, deadlines, and more; timing can be very flexible so long as work is done and goals are met and or projects are completed. We work asynchronously and use organization platforms for project management such as Asana to keep track of jobs and current progress. However, we do like to have occasional calls and or meetings to discuss future plans, and or to check in on current progress, and just talk and help one another out.
As stated above, this is a very flexible position, with a tons of room for growth and two motivated team members who will constantly assist you and work WITH you. We work as a team and treat one another as equals, there is no hierarchy and there are no superiors.
