  • Conduct stakeholder meetings to elicit business and functional requirements and effectively translate them into technical specifications.
  • Utilize business process modelling tools like ARIS, and MS Visio to create current state and future state business process maps supporting software application development.
  • Develop agency specific metrics and KPIs and gather supporting data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Create business and functional requirements documents as project artifacts needed for supporting EAM software implementation.
  • Perform analysis of business processes, business and system requirements and system design for the development and configuration of software applications that support client business requirements.
  • Create and produce standard operational procedures for various division specific processes.
  • Create and produce system flow documentation for various division specific processes.
  • Discover and develop business process models with agency specific division Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document (As-Is) and/or future state process models in BPMN modelling notation.
  • Perform detailed review of process models and organizational charts prior to review in alignment with project requirements.
  • Facilitate remediation of modelling issues/procedure documentation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Proficiency in ARIS Architect, ARIS Connect/ Viewer, MS Visio, Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint 2013, Office 365, JavaScript, Java, Oracle DB, MS Office, MS Project etc.


QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Preferred minimum 7 years’ experience in Business Analysis (& management) integrating use of MS Visio is required.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher
  • Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter
  • Preferred minimum of 7 years’ experience in Business Process Modelling (& management) with ARIS using ARIS Designer/Architect is preferred. (A description document of ARIS will be attached along with this document)
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Business Process Modelling (& management) with MS Visio is required.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
