1) ServiceNow certifications in all of the following:
1. ServiceNow: Discovery-Node
2. ServiceNow: Configuration Management
3. ServiceNow: Asset Management with CMDB
4. ServiceNow: Asset Management
5. ServiceNow: Information Technology Knowledge Management

2) Designing and building enterprise utilities; interpreting data models (e.g. Entity Relationship diagram) to develop applications; and designing data models to meet system requirements. At least four (4) years must have been in a lead capacity.

3) Design, development, testing, implementation, training, enhancement and support of applications in a Microsoft Structure Query Language (SQL) Server environment.

4) Deployment, support, troubleshooting and maintenance of highly complex automated systems.

5) Three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years performing Software/Systems Development Lifecylce (SDLC) activities for ServiceNow components/solutions such as:

• ServiceNow: Asset Management with Configuration Management Database
• ServiceNow: Information Technology Knowledge Management
• ServiceNow: Change Management
• ServiceNow: Discovery-Node
• ServiceNow: Configuration Management
• ServiceNow: Notifications and Surveys
• ServiceNow: Reports and Dashboards

6) Two (2) years of experience in the last ten (10) years with Microsoft SQL Server version 2012+

7) Two (2) years of experience in the last ten (10) years with Visual Studio versions 2012+

8) Two (2) years of experience in the last ten (10) years using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for versioning and source control.

9) Developing solutions in compliance with IT security standards with respect to application hardening and data encryption.

10) Producing deliverables including all of the following:
1. Requirements Documents
2. Application Architecture Documents
3. Detailed Design Documents
4. Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Documents
5. System Interface Documents
6. Data Model Documents
7. Configuration Management Documents
8. Procedural Manuals
9. Training and Reference Materials
10. Gap Analysis Documents
11. System Capacity Planning Documents
