Tableau Developer/Data Analyst

Our Houston Texas law firm is in need of a data analyst. Over the past few years, we have made great strides in updating the reporting process and modernizing our firm's data management. The marketing department has spearheaded the use of Tableau and other cloud-based tools in the firm. We are looking to expand this project by developing reports for our various departments, connecting various departments' reports together, and taking on new projects to aid specific cases.

We are looking for a team player who can manage their time well, communicate well with various departments, and produce a variety of projects. Our data projects range from incredibly simple to new and complex. This individual will help various leaders in the firm learn to utilize newer reporting tools and will develop clear organization in our data flows.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • Tableau - Must be able to utilize the program well beyond its basic functions. Connecting data through OneDrive and Zapier. Ability to set up data flows with best practices for long-term solutions.
  • Access - The firm is moving away from Access but our new hire must be able to understand past reports and bridge gaps with Access users.
  • Candidates who are experienced with Python and SQL are highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Data & Technical Business Analysts: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Python: 3 years (Preferred)
