Software Engineer vs. Cancer

You will be a founding member of a software team that values elegant code, mindful technology selection, and doing it right the first time. You will develop our suite of web applications and our machine learning pipelines, contribute to the design of our platform architecture, and help to establish software development best practices.


  • Substantial experience building web applications
  • Fluency in Python
  • Proficiency with relational databases
  • Proficiency with Git
  • Competency in a POSIX shell
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
  • Ability to work well with others

Also required, experience in some of:

  • Machine learning
  • Computational geometry
  • Data pipelines
  • DevOps
  • Functional programming
  • React (or similar)
  • Containers
  • Microservices
  • HL7 standards

Title and compensation commensurate with experience.
