Integration Engineer II
Direct Hire, 100% Remote
70-80K / year

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Two or more years of API development and Python experience are required

PREFERRED:
  • Two (2) or more years of software development experience, IBM B2Bi preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years of database development experience, TSQL preferred.

The Integration Engineer II is responsible for designing and creating the data warehouse and all related extraction, transformation and load of data functions for the company. After the groundwork has been laid, the Integration Engineer II must test their designs to ensure the system runs smoothly. The Integration Engineer II will work closely with the Integration Engineer III to produce ETLs used to transform client data and improve internal processes using the Actian (Pervasive) Data Integration tool as well as IBM B2Bi. The ability to effectively manage projects will be required to see these tasks to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides documentation and communication regarding project completion timelines.
  • Ownership of the daily data processing and loading.
  • Facilitates communication between clients and/or personnel regarding the status of data processing.
  • Provides quality control functions related to incoming data.
  • Maintains ETL processes to ensure data veracity.
  • Develops new ETLs used for client onboarding.
  • Manages the data hold queue and ensures prompt resolution.
  • Analyzes and evaluates policies and procedures followed by department and propose new policies/procedures and/or revisions to existing policies/procedures to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with Federal regulations, state statutes, bankruptcy laws, FDCPA and all other applicable laws and regulations governing activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
