About our Client

Our client provides small and medium-sized businesses with simple software and expert support for payroll, benefits, HR, and compliance.

The Role

As a Mobile SWE, you will work closely with Designers and Product Managers. They're looking for someone with broad extensive knowledge of core mobile development technologies. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, prioritization, and engineers to create and maintain features for customers. This role requires a strong technical background and a passion for mentoring and growing teams.

What You’ll Need

4+ years of SWE experience
4+ years of React Native, Android, & iOS experience
Solid understanding of mobile development technologies and API driven approaches
Demonstrable experience in prioritizing, crafting, and achieving plans
Strong communication skills with the ability to grasp and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical people
Strong leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team
Solid experience in Agile/Lean practices and working closely with product management
High levels of empathy and interpersonal skills
Experience with React Native, Apollo and GraphQL is a plus
Experience as a Scrum Master and/or recent CSM, PMI-ACP, CSP-SM is a plus

Nice to Haves

Any experience related to video chat, video games, and audio processing are also a plus.

Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $180,000
