Responsibilities
- Work in a Scrum team, focusing on building robust web applications using various technologies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, subject matter expert and other team members to design new applications and modifications to current applications.
- Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
- 7+ years of experience designing and developing software
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing React.js web applications
- At least 2+ years of REST API development in Golang, ideally some experience with Java API development
- 5+ years of experience with database design and query optimization
- Comfortable working in UNIX & Windows environments
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent technical field preferred
- Work schedule will be on Eastern Standard Time Zone
- Proven ability to be flexible and motivated, and to work well both independently, and in a team environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with other application development areas to define standards and manage change
- Good oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals with varying levels of technical understanding and skill
