• Update CIOX contracted location information in data warehouse as instructed by Manager. Changes include but not limited to weekly contract terminations, changes to existing address information, addition of special handling requirements, update ROI Field Organization structures, addition of newly contracted sites.
• Assist with obtaining all additional information regarding newly contracted sites.
• Monitor, evaluate, and react to requests received via centralized email requesting changes or additions to CIOX embedded location data warehouse.
• Review, correction, and approve assignment of CIOX site id during onboarding of managed projects.
• Maintain an accurate weekly log of all ChartFinder importer activity for notification to other departments.
• Load completed project files with proper scheduling factor in ChartFinder software, as requested
• Preform ad hoc analysis of project file to determine potential CIOX locations outside of the importer process
• Provider research support for all inquiries regarding the assignment or the lack of assignment of chases within managed projects to a CIOX location.
• Conduct appropriate activity regarding requests received in centralized email. This may include moving of chases between CIOX locations, closes requests, reacting to MS51 notification emails, etc.
• Maintain clear and current dialogues with all members of the Alpharetta, Phoenix and Minnesota offices.
