Senior Sales Team Manager

Crelate seeks a proactive, and experienced Senior Sales Team Manager who will support the company's rapidly growing sales organization through high impact leadership, operational execution, high ROI decision making, process innovation, thoughtful team guidance, compelling influence, and strong stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Senior Sales Manager will oversee several aspects of the revenue operation, including sales planning and strategy, forecasting, pipeline analytics, direct report training, resource allocation, deal desk operations, process improvements, and reporting and analysis. Success entails partnering closely with senior sales leadership and external stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Professional Services, IT, Customer Success, and Finance to drive revenue increasing initiatives, improving the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, and enabling our sales teams to deliver excellence at scale.

This is a broad, encompassing leadership role. You will be responsible for the core, functioning aspects of the existing sales organization. The Senior Sales Team Manager will be responsible for the Growth Account Executive team and the Outbound SDR team.

What Youll Do:
  • Constantly achieve sales revenue objectives.
  • Manage Account Executives growth with pipeline reviews, sales team meetings, trainings 1:1s
  • Manage Outbound SDRs tasked with setting new meetings for Senior Account Executives, establishing targets and enabling the team by providing relevant prospects
  • Partner with leaders across the company to provide the infrastructure, tools, and processes to build an efficient, scalable, and reliable SaaS sales organization.
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards to drive laser focus on the right metrics and results; standardize reporting for strategic analysis and consistency.
  • Run sales campaign in coordination with the sales leadership.
  • Work closely with Marketing to refine lead qualification process, segmentation, etc.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to:
  • Optimize manage overall sales forecasting process
  • Pipeline Opportunity management
  • Process improvement
  • Measurement reporting of KPIs
  • Drive the right behavior/results of the sales team
  • Define handoff points between SDR and Account Executives.
  • Coordinate training and on boarding process for new salespeople including events like sales kickoffs

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Leadership or management experience, in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, mentoring direct teams in Biz Dev/Sales
  • Proven ability to build upon and operationalize a high-volume sales organization that is generating at least $5M in annual recurring revenue.
  • Growth mindset - Comfort with, and ability to operate at an accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience with Hubspot, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and in a hands-on management capacity
  • Excellent communication, project, and time management, writing and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interact with senior management
  • Must be highly organized, able to pick up things quickly, and create processes that scale even in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Proven ability to programmatically iterate and relentlessly pursues better and more effective ways to reach team and company goals
